We recently had this company doing our lawn care and I must say I could not be more disappointed with how they conducted their business and responded to our issue. Before taking this step to write this review I gave them every opportunity to do the correct thing and ensure our issue was taken care of. We hired Colorado Springs Landcare to mow our lawn this summer because of our crazy schedule. We signed up for Tuesdays which was fine for us as long as we knew and it was consistent. The lawn mowing crew did a great job the 2 times they came out. The 2 stars for for them. :) I'm disappointed with the company as a whole though. I called Friday and was told they're doing lawn clean-ups after the storm for $65 and could pick up the branches in the yard and haul them away for us the very next day. I booked it and even called back to verify that 1. We didn't need to put them in a pile by the road. and 2. We have two huge cottonwood trees, so we have a LOT of branches down. This company is amazing..This crew is professional.. clean and prompt.. Their prices are great as well..I highly recommend them.
