Colorado Springs Imaging is a very well run business. The receptionist team at the front desk is very welcoming, and helpful. The facility is exceptionally clean. And the tech who worked with me was very professional as well. If you’re in need of imaging services, you may want to seriously consider Colorado Springs Imaging on Dublin.
I arrived 4:33 pm and the young receptionist talked to an old one, and told me they can’t see me although they are close at 5:00 pm. Extremely unhelpful. Not recommended
Literally the kindest humans on the planet. I was able to get my husband in same day, they helped me accommodate for his translation needs too. Very very kind people.
Beware: these folks seem to be grappling with some very severe staffing shortages. I had a series of CT scans scheduled that required careful planning as regards fasting and liquid intake, and twice within 3 weeks I received a last minute phone call canceling my appointment - once the morning of, and once two days beforehand. These cancellations were both described as being necessary due to techs having “family emergencies,” but it’s quite clear now that they are chronically understaffed.
