Staff was happy to answer all my questions as I am a worrier, so knowing more helps me relax. From check-in to checkout, CSI always provides excellent, compassion and caring for the well being of patients and families alike. They are attentive, fast, thorough and I would not choose any other place for my radiology needs and services. They make you comfortable and discuss any concerns you may have prior to your exam and can usually get you scheduled relatively quickly depending on your insurance and test required. They're very nice, so I'll give them a star for that, because that seems to be a rarity in healthcare. Online scheduling is convenient and easy. However, they are very disorganized with insurance/billing and don't communicate well when issues arise. I took the day off work and showed up for my appointment, only to find out my insurance was out of network and they switched me to self pay, which no one informed me of. About a year ago my 92 year old dad was referred here for MRI of his spine for very painful compression fractures in his back. Very difficult for him to get anywhere. When we walked in, we were running about 5 mins late but spent a few minutes in line, answered a couple questions at check in and sat down to wait.
