Filing a lawsuit in one week if I don’t hear from a case specialist
You guys truly need to reconsider the use of NAN McKay. They are NOT doing their jobs. It is getting old not being able to talk to a living person about your concerns. There is only so much the receptionist can do. I am about to become homeless because they can't do their jobs. There is absolutely no reason for your clients should be treated this way. And I am at the point that I could lose my apartment.
One star isn’t even deserved !! This place is horrible the only one who is wonderful is Evelyn ! She returns emails and try’s to assist me by forwarding my emails to the supervisor who has yet to respond .So I went to Heathers Supervisor whom replied to me promptly. My issue is still not taken care of . I’ve had issues since 2024 with my rent being thousands of dollars behind and no one returning calls or emails to my complex manager it was ridiculous, I’ve had issues with lease renewal there horrible staff up and quitting a... read more

If less than 1 star was possible I would give it. I have rarelt called this place. I called for the fist time this year after waiting 15 minutes and the new lady as she identified herself as being a new employee didnt even let me get my question out. She kept talking over me and rambling about me wanting to make an appointment (I literally did NOT need this I just wanted a copy of my lease they processed because my landlord sent 2 different dates so I can fill out a move form) she didnt even listen or even ask what I needed ... read more
