Extremely unprofessional. The technician was scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM but never showed up. Instead, he came earlier in the morning when I was not home, despite being clearly told I would only be available after 12 PM. Because of this appointment I had to coordinate with the HOA, obtain permits, and cancel my plans. Multiple people were involved to allow roof access that day. I had Santiago come to my house to repair my old dishwasher because it was leaking real bad out of the door. He was highly professional in diagnosing my problems with the unit he was very meticulous in completely taking his time with taking the issues that I had and doing his job really neat. He is a great person to have for what he does. I will highly recommend him to repair anything that does with appliances to anyone else thank you
I have had some issues with my refrigerator and the technician Santiago has been a great help! He gets the job down in a timely manner and his communication is excellent. Between keeping me updated on the project and the flexible scheduling I am very happy with the service.
We had Bosch washer and dryer for 27 years. Santigo was the first technician to work on them. They were not beyond repair, however they were well past their shelf date. Santigo was patient in exploring all our options. We decided on new Bosch washer and dryer. He hauled off the old ones, installed the new ones - had a few bobbles along the way. Santigo handled all the issues effortlessly.
