Great place to get into shape
So good. Clay always goes out of his way to help me better my technique but also challenge my limits at the same time. So many great humans in this place.
Sam is the best!! She's been very supportive and let's me adjust certain routines for my balance issues. I can't think of anyone I'd rather have teaching Fitsmart. Thanks Sam!
