So good. Clay always goes out of his way to help me better my technique but also challenge my limits at the same time. So many great humans in this place.

Without reservation, I give this gym my highest recommendation. They’re well organized, the atmosphere is fun and uplifting and the workouts are modifiable to meet all levels of fitness. Most notable are the coaches who are all very knowledgeable, engaged and truly care.
