-DR METZ IS AN ARROGANT DR. HE CANCELED MY 9AM PROCEEDURE AT 4 40 PM THE DAY BEFORE AND CHANGED IT TO 1PM. I LIVE OUT OF TOWN ON A FARM SO TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE AT THE LAST MINUTE IS DIFFICULT. THEN HE DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME AND DID NOT READ MY FILE AND HAD TO HAVE AN anesthesiologist HELP HIM WITH THE PROCEDURE. THIS DELAYED THE EVERYTHING UNTIL 2.50PM. I WAS HIS FIRST PATIENT OF THE DAY AND WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY HE WOULD CHANGE THE TIME OF THE PROCEEDURE SO LATE THE DAY BEFORE, HE MADE A VERY NASTY REMARK AS IF MY TIME WA... read more
