Beyond disappointed. Never have I ever experienced a bicycle shop like this one. The owners are very shady and leave out the fact that no returns are allowed until after purchase. Go to any other bicycle shop and they offer a 30 day timeframe to return their bicycles. At no time did Bonnie ever mention this, after questioning her why she didn't inform customers of their return policy she got hostile with me. Bought a Haro mountain bike here yesterday. Rode 13 miles today! The owners are very personable and helped me a lot!
My husband and I came in looking for some bikes to ride around town and sight see with. Neither of us has very much experience or knowledge on the subject. They were super helpful and patient, taking time to explain the different bikes and all of our options. We both left with bikes and accessories and are absolutely loving them! I also love that the shop is family owned, offers yummy drinks like smoothies and homemade root beer, and is dog friendly! I highly recommend this shop for any biking needs. ❤️
