Same experience as Sandra. Billing department has been a nightmare! They say they've made changes to improve but still consistently screw things up. On top if that my son's $700 visit for allergy testing was a complete waste of time. There are too many good allergists in town to waste your time and money with this one.
My son came here for allergy shots. The billing person creates the hardest to understand invoices I have ever seen. I have never been able to accurately match up charges to co pay and insurance payments. Something feels underhanded. The staff giving the shots shows a passive interest in my son's care and safety. After his shot they handed me a timer and said " turn it off and go whenever you want" even though the doctor wanted him to wait 30 min in case of a negative reaction.
