We converted our business from a national company to Colorado Springs Alarm about half a year ago. We have a 110,000 sq ft facility with offices and manufacturing areas. There is no comparison to the service we receive. Alarm calls are accurate every time with skilled technicians. The owner provides the most thorough customer service you could hope for.
Went with this company initially because we were new to the area. In the years since having their service it’s become clear they are mostly interested in squeezing every extra dollar they can out of you. Would not recommend.
So far I have been very happy with the experience we've had with Roger. He helped walk me through setting up the permit required by the city (which my prior company had not kept active meaning that even if they had discovered an issue CSPD would not have been able to do anything about it). It's clear that Roger cares about his business and his customers. He has also been awesome at answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Colorado Springs Alarm to others.
