RecommendedGoing into security the woman that checked out I'D was rude to my daughter and should have been working "behind the scenes", customer service wasn't her thing. However, we got in and out in 6 mins! Love the convenience and it was only $40 more per ticket which is well worth it to me.
A very good airport from ticketing to gate. A smooth flow from one point to another
The agent in the office was rude. I was struggling with two suitcases and asked her where I could get some help, and she looked at me like I was stupid Silly me for asking a TSA agent.
My flight to DEN had a maintenance issue, so the 2hr delay made me miss a connection. One agents bright idea was to taxi me up to Denver to make the next connection vs getting me on the next flight to Denver! Thank you UA Megan Tetrault for making wise decisions and trading in my taxi voucher for a ticket to DFW! That's saved a lot of time and trouble!
TSA was super nice and patient. Don't care if it might be more expensive ..I would much rather fly out of there than DIA...they are rude and way to many people.. . FLY COS!
Airport was easy to navigate and every bit of the staff was friendly and professional.
