We are a nationwide general contractor currently working on two large construction projects in Denver (Spring/Summer 2018). We received two quotes from Colorado Specialties and used their bids in our proposals to our clients. Upon sending a contract to Colorado Specialties to start the work, we received replies from Randy Hernandez and James Stage basically stating they over-booked and over-committed themselves, so they would not be able to honor their previously-submitted bid proposals.
