We’ve had our Marquis Swim Spa for about six weeks now and absolutely love it! We get in almost every night. So much better to go out to your backyard for a workout than to go to a city pool where you have to compete with swim teams to get a lane. Seth, Steve and the team were extremely great to work with. It has been a no regrets purchase. 😊
I don’t have enough good to say about Colorado Spas, I got an amazing deal and with being out of state I’m floored with the amount of time that Steve the owner spent to make sure everything was delivered and installed. We purchased out spa about 2 1/2 months ago. Delivery and installation went as explained. We had a couple of small issues ,which were rectified quickly. Our salesperson was Rubin, he answered all our questions and was pleasant to work with. So far we have dealt with sales, install/ delivery and service. All where polite and professional.we researched several spas and companies in the area before purchasing. Colorado spas meet our requirements and needs.
Sales people are patient and informative. Willing to discuss all options including financing. There was a mix-up with the order placement, but they gave me a great in-store credit to make up for the inconvenience. So far extremely pleased with my tub!

Most dishonest company I have ever had the dis-pleasure of working with. I like my spa, can't get any service after the sale so I called Mountain Mist and the helped but seriously, why carry a good hot tub brand and then no service after the sale! it's 2017! And you don't have to lie to get me to buy, I found out later the story the salesman seth told was a complete fabrication but what for?
