I'm not sure they are even really in the business of installing gutters. I called and got a voice menu system that seemed like a national lead-generation system, and then they told me they don't install gutters on buildings with flat roofs, but the guy clearly didn't understand WHY, as he just fabricated some nonsense. It was quite strange.
