Tried to visit today and was very excited. Upon arriving, there was a sign on the door stating that no facial coverings, including face masks, were allowed. Apparently, immune compromised Rockies fans aren't welcome to visit the store. Waste of time and very disappointing.
Always great customer service. Robin the store manager is amazing always helpful. Just all around great time when we go in there.
I bought an jersey and had it shipped to my address in, which was sent to the wrong address . When I called to find out status of my order and found that it was shipped wrong I requested an refund and was told they will not refund orders I will never shop there again
