Dr Ghazi, is the best ! He worked with me on every aspect of my pain. Always got me in, staff was always great. I couldn’t thank him enough, am back going thanks to him, and his staff.
I also don't understand the negative reviews for this practice! I've been going to this office for many years. I've mostly seen Dr. Miller, but also Dr. Ghazi. Dr. Miller is thorough, patient, and caring. I'd recommend this place to anyone for pain issues. Additionally, I've never waited long and the office staff is great!
2 stars because I really liked Dr. Zinis. However after getting my MRI results back with a Hill-Sachs fracture and labral tear, I was told they wouldn't be able to get me back in for TWO MONTHS. And with absolutely 0 compassion coming from the lady on the phone. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
This place is horrible! Starting with the rude front desk women. The Doctor I saw was a complete jerk. (Dr. Miller) He was rude, and extremely condescending and clearly does not care at all about the patients well being. He rushed my whole visit, wouldn't let me address any concerns, and even tried to push me back to work, even though the last doctor I saw as well as the physical therapist AND the spine specialist all agreed the best thing is for me to take time off work in order to actually heal. I've been going to CROM for the past 8 plus years. I've never once had any problems with anyone who's worked there. Dr Miller is always there to take care of my needs and performs at the highest level. The staff in the reception end are very pleasant and very helpful. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with all of them. To include Dr Miller's assistant Tennessee I don't know where other people are having these issues or whether they just create these issues for themselves.
