Service is spectacular. Being an out of state owner it is vital for me to have a top notch and responsive property management team. Thankfully they exceed every expectation!
Completely unprofessional, will not return or answer our phone calls for over a week. On the day we were suppose to move into our Town home it missing a 3×2 patch of carpet, broken fridge, broken blinds, dirty carpet, the place was not cleaned, a broken step leading to the front door, no mail box key. And now they are MIA for the weekend and we are left with a place that won't be ready for move in until the next month.
