Make sure you read all the fine print and are sure you want to rent with these guys. A lot of companies out there to get you but this one by far took the cake for me while living in Colorado. They will make changes and raise rates without properly informing you. Poor communication and no empathy to say the least. Just concerned with money and not people in the slightest. They will reply with some grabage that i see on other reviews bc they love to just give you PC, customer service answers to get you off their back. Cost of living is high enough these days, that you dont need the added anxt of where youre going to live next when you get a foreclosure notice, followed by gaslighting and then ultimately an ubrubt change in management back to the owner that we only found out through a ... read more

DONT DO IT. Just stay as far away as possible. The property we are at is gorgeous, we love it! The management company is so bad it’s not even funny. In January, we received a solicitor at the door asking if they could help get our payments back up on the home, that we were being foreclosed on, and the house was going to auction on May 20th. Confused, we pulled up Adam’s county records and noticed that the house is being foreclosed on.
