Nothing but great things to say about Colorado Property Management. By far the best management company I have used.
So far so good! CRPM has been ontop of pretty much everything we've needed to get moved in. Utilities setup, prompt maintenance assistance, and timely communications are just a few of the areas we've felt supported in. Jamie provided a ton of fantastic detail right off the bat to give us the best chances for a smooth transition into our new home. Charles has been phenomenal at responsiveness and resolution around anything utility related. Great experience thus far.
I have been an owner receiving property management services with CRPM for the past 4 years. My recent correspondence with Tracey Z has been noteworthy. I have thoroughly appreciated my correspondence with her as the Utilities Specialist. Her professionalism and commitment to resolving matters with consideration and tact for owners and tenants has been superb. Thank you Tracey!
Current tenet here. I could write you a book on why you should avoid any property these people manage, but who wants to read all that. The biggest thing is their communication, it is horrendous, abysmal and everyone I’ve actually had the displeasure of speaking with is passive aggressive and clearly hate their job. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, all of your communication is through email, their ai “helper” or their portal.
Make sure you read all the fine print and are sure you want to rent with these guys. A lot of companies out there to get you but this one by far took the cake for me while living in Colorado. They will make changes and raise rates without properly informing you. Also, say good bye to your deposit, we were given less than half back and they stated the carpet needed cleaning even after we had Stanley steamer in there. Left it spotless.
