As a renter, please avoid properties ran by CRPM. The lack of communication and support is atrocious. One of the worst property companies I've had to deal with in Colorado since moving here in 2021.
The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in making our transition to Colorado Realty and Property Management Company. They have a team of people that works together very well.
Kaycee and Jamie were both very helpful very responsive. Would definitely recommend working with them!
HORRIBLE!!!! Wasted multiple of my days dealing with these people. I make appointments and arrive early. Only for them to fail to mention there is a gate code at multiple locations. EVEN WORSE more then once I’ve arrived at the apt meant to be shown AND THERE IS NO KEY. Do not use these people to sell or manage your property you I’ll lose out on tenants.
