We worked with Derek Gamburg to search for a potential second home or condominium. We live in Missouri so we are not very familiar with the Summit County area, but we wanted a place near a lake with mountain views. Derek did a GREAT job showing us to a number of houses and condos that met our criteria over a long weekend. He was very personable and his knowledge of the area and housing market was excellent. We were able to find a condo that we eventually purchased in Dillon and are very grateful for Derek's assistance.
