It was great brisket. All made in house. Even the BBQ sauce. And the cupcakes were amazing on the Gelato junction menu also!
I had a personalized cake made and it was not only delicious but also gorgeous!
Colorado Q catered the welcome party for our wedding in August and were absolutely incredible! From the very start they were so easy to work with and provided all of the information and recommendations necessary to decide which meal choices would be best for our event. Amazing smoked brisket, I love this place.
I booked Colorado Q for my August wedding in Marble, Colorado for 150 people, and cannot say enough good things! Their customer service leading up to and during the wedding was unmatched, they accommodated vegan and gluten free options along with various allergies, and all of their food was SO GOOD! So many guests came up to me with rave reviews of all of their food. I highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you Colorado Q!
