Terrible and ironically, very unprofessional. They drop the ball, fail to communicate, won't respond to calls or emails and are impossible to work with. Laura has yet to return a single call and will never answer her own phone. Gina blames everyone else and nothing is ever her fault. They held an earnest money check for a week before letting us know there was a problem and then when the buyers backed out, the earnest money check bounced and they offered no solutions but had plenty of blame for everyone else.
