Taking photographs of people without consent at the hospital Memorial North. Not cool. That can be a 4th Amendment lawsuit or even worse for a company. Stop this. You are the ONLY security company that does this in hospitals in Colorado Springs. Not cool.

Highly disappointed with the lack of reliability. We waited over an hour for a removal request with no patrol in sight!, despite being told they would arrive shortly after a shift change. The dispatchers sound like they are working from home in noisy environments, and the daytime guards are failing to complete their required QR code check-ins. High turnover seems to have gutted what used to be a good team. There are better options for property security in the area.
