Evan was extremely responsive and thorough. We hired him to do an inspection of a 6 unit rental property as part of the closing requirements. His report was very detailed with appropriate pictures and recommendations. He pro-actively followed up with an email and phone call to make sure we had all of our questions answered. This extra customer service was great for us since due to COVID we could not travel to see the property in person. We would definitely hire Pro Inspect again.
Update: Evan commented on this review for looks... I reached out and he still hasn’t made this right.... so many things missed in my inspection that I’m now paying for! (MY WASHER LEAKED FOR YEARS... the floor is moldy...leaky sink) Had my inspection done a year ago. Evan promised a report within 48 hours. Paid in full upfront (dumb on my part). Went into negotiations blind because Evan didn’t send it in time.... fast forward a year later and still haven’t received a report, a refund, or even a receipt despite Evan promising... read more
