Another local broker urged me to sell my home (unbeknowst to me) to her friends son at a much lower price than offered. Later that year I gave the listing to Buck. He did the opposite and urged me to turn down lower priced offers and sold my home for 100K MORE than the previous listing agent wanted me to. Buck also gave me a referral check when I didn't even expect one. Buck get's it DONE!
