I had used Marco and this company on a prior move five years ago. His company was prompt and did a good job. I hired him again to be here today as I am under deadline for this move. He confirmed the appointment and said his three movers would be here between 3 and 4 pm and maybe sooner. After an hour past the scheduled time and no phone call, I have tried to reach Marco and only have an office phone and email. He isn't responding to either.
