I had a damaged awning. Jake told me to bring the camper in to have it removed so I could keep using the camper. As soon as the new awning comes in, he'll call to have me come back to have it mounted. Great service. So it ended up taking about 6 months for the new awning. Got excuses like "awning came in damaged" & "supply chain" issues. Insurance estimate included time & material to paint. Nothing was painted as there was no need for it. But, Jake keep that money. Not sure what has happened, but Jake at Precision RV's service and professionalism has deteriorated dramatically! He accepted the bid to do the work on my RV in October. Kept telling me he couldn't get the part. In early February I took it to another shop and it was fixed in TWO WEEKS. I had successfully taken my RV to him several times previously and had even recommended him to my friends. Now my advice is to steer clear.
