The owner has a habit of looking down on minorities. He saw me (a black man) sitting in my vehicle and decided to offer me a job. It seemed nice at first, but I politely tried to decline since I already have a BETTER paying job than the low wage of $20 an hour he offered. I told him "No thank you" and he was very pushy about how he can "make my life better" or something like that. Eric was amazing to work with! Out of the multiple roofing companies I had inspect my roof for hail damage, he was the most honest and knowledgeable during our communication. He made the whole roofing process easy from solar detach, to new roofing install, to solar reinstall as he was always readily accessible if I had any questions or concerns. If you want a no BS and awesome roofer to work with, Eric is the choice.
We had a significant hail storm that unfortunately damaged our roof. Fortunately enough we came across Eric and Colorado Precision Roofing. Eric inspected our roof and did confirm we did need a roof replacement. He called our insurance company with us and started the whole process. He was available when the adjuster came for an inspection. He coordinated the removal and reinstall of our solar panels.
