looking for a big bill? I took my R1 in hear for a normal 15k sirivice went back to get my bike and they had racked a bill up of 921.74 they called me and approved nuthing of this....... I was okay with 300 even 400 but 900!!! they would not refund any of it and the sirivice manager was a jerk, dident even care that they just bent me over the counter!!!!!
will never buy a thing from there again! My brother bought a motorcycle from them. I was with him when he took it in for the first service. They charged 260 dollars for a service that other dealers charge 100 for. They did not even tighten his chain. We had to take the bike back the next day to get the chain adjusted and the loud noise fixed. After paying double, and two trips to them, it was finaly fixed. The owner was very rude, the service manager was also very rude to my brother and I.
