I can not say enough great things about these guys. My spool cover broke (snapped rope) and when they got in there is was CLEARLY installed wrong by another company. These guys were here A LOT longer than they originally had thought, and STILL honored the original estimate. Jeffery and Frank were so great, courteous and professional. Plus my dog loves them! I was referred by a buddy that uses them for his pool and I’m SO glad I found them!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I watched their employee hit my garage door, damaging it, which required that one of the panels be replaced. Although they agreed to pay for the replacement of the panel, the entire door has to be repainted because the panels only come in white and the garage door is painted black. They ignored my repeated requests to reimburse me for having to have my garage door painted, which will cost me $443, all because their employee hit my garage door. I went with this company because of a personal referral, in spite of the fact that they were $60,000 more to build the exact same pool as the company I'd planned to go with. Pros: On the whole, the pool looks nice. Cons: Cost was not competitive. This company doesn't do design work ... they literally used their competitor's design (complete with 3D video) and then made a cheap graph paper drawing. Communication was atrocious. I would highly recommend Colorado Pools Unlimited to anyone in need of excellent pool maintenance service. They came out immediately and were able to find and fix a leak in our in-ground spa quickly and efficiently. The previous company we were using kept telling us that the water loss was "normal" due to evaporation, and not to worry about it. Meanwhile, we were losing a sizable amount of water due to a leak! After the repair, the weekly water loss slowed dramatically, and can now be attributed to just normal evaporation.
