I had 3 large OH doors & 2 openers installed a couple of months ago. They were always friendly & updated me on their schedule. They did a great job. I called them again a couple weeks ago to replace another opener & they were a little late from the time they told me they would be there, but they did stay until after 5:30 to finish the job. I will call them again if I have any oh door needs.
This company is horrible and I would not recommend them to any one. We scheduled them through home depot. They came out and we had the wrong type of garage door opener. On leaving they clipped our retaining wall and damaged it. Now they won't return our calls. We will be taking them to small claims court as they refuse to communicate with us at all. I am very dissapointed that home depot would contract with a company that treats customers like this.
Not happy at all with this company. I left work early to be home for my scheduled service appointment and you no showed! It was bad enough that I had to wait over a week just to get somebody to my house. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I won't be recommending you.
