Front desk staff at the Englewood office need training on professionalism. The conversations they have on the side, along with how they treat patient concerns is quite embarrassing. Dr. Hewitt does a great job, is clear and explains everything you ask about. But don’t expect to be treated with much respect when you enter or leave the front office.
