I blew out my knee skiing Vail and opted to go to CMM over the ER after taking a toboggan ride down. It was a great decision, I was in and out in two hours including x rays (ER probably would have been close to 6 hours). I was seen promptly by the care tech Sam was very professional and walked me through what to expect during my visit. Kara, the other care tech who saw me was also very professional and kind. Do not use vail health. They overcharged me for a simple cold and gave me unnecessary expensive tests. I’ve wasted hours on the phone with insurance and their billing department and they are unwilling to discount their exorbitant prices. I will never go to any of their facilities again. I am a teacher who cannot afford the massive bill I was left with and I was only told by billing, “this is why I don’t go to the doctor when I’m sick, so you shouldn’t either”
Stopped in without an appointment for a strep test. The receptionist was lovely, the nurse and PA were super helpful and friendly. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Had to give my feedback!
Do not go here if you need care. I had an xray on my wrist a week ago and they still have not given me the results. I have called and left messages and no one will return my call. I spoke to a nurse on the nurse triage line and she couldn’t interrupt the results so said she would have a doctor call me right away. Still nothing. Very bad
