If you don’t have insurance they won’t help you and could care less. They only seem to care about profit
After being taken in at 4:50 pm and sitting waiting an hour and forty minutes we have yet to be seen. This is a horrid facility complete with inept reception staff.
Dr. Meegan Leve is amazing. As a parent, it means everything to feel heard and taken seriously, and she does exactly that. She acted quickly by ordering stat labs, and her assistant, Norma, followed up promptly with results, which gave me so much peace of mind. The level of compassion and urgency they show truly stands out, and I’m incredibly appreciative of the care they provided! CMM is very lucky to have them.
Unbelievable first experience with Colorado Mountain Medical. I paid for the office visit at the time of service, then I get a $400 bill for a basic blood test. I could deal with that if I had gotten results. I fought with them for a month trying to get my test results. When I refused to pay until I got my results, they sent me a blank lab form. It has been problem after problem.
