Sasha did an amazing job putting me in a van to make me dream tv.
I had a horrible experience with Colorado Motorcars. I put down $1,000 on a 2015 Ford Edge, but within 48 hours, the financing fell through and the check engine light came on. When I returned the car, the owner, Tim Lacy, was defensive, insulting, and dismissive. He said he would refund my down payment minus $100 per day and $1 per mile, but I never received the refund. Pretty much every car at the Denver location had something wrong with it broken or damaged disappointing, uninviting and cold dealership interior and waiting room underdressed sales people altogether felt very unprofessional avoid this location
I love the team at Colorado motorcars. Sasha and Brian were so helpful. I would highly recommend Tim Lacy. He help me with the process and he was very patient with me.
Tim was extremely kind, professional, courteous and helpful. He walked us through everything we needed, took my thousand calls always with a smile on and the best attitude possible. He was transparent and upfront and honored our agreement to the T. I highly recommend you get your car here, you’ll have a great experience!!
