I came in ready to order five tons of decorative rock but decided not to move forward after the customer service experience. The person helping us seemed disinterested and unengaged, as if they’d rather be anywhere else. That attitude alone was enough for us to take our business elsewhere.
This is one of the best landscaping material stores I’ve ever been to. The ladies in the office were all so helpful. I think we talked to every one of them at this point. They were able to help us with every question we had and point us in the direction we needed. They also had pretty fair pricing.
