I'm not sure who I was just speaking to on the phone, but she was very rude, and kept on interrupting me when I was trying to provide the information she asked for. Any question I had was met with impatience. I was calling on behalf of a homeowner, and was just trying to figure out the HOA approval process. Customer service needs to be worked on.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Never respond. I had a leak 3 weeks ago and water damage and I call and email daily - no response. Maureen is the laziest person I've ever talked to. Impossible to get a hold of. The "after hour emergency maintenance" number is a voicemail that will "respond during normal business hours." Not helpful while my apartment is flooding.
