Deceptive billing practices. I originally signed up for a registered agent service only for $89.00 and the following year I was bumped up to a $300.00 a year service without my knowledge or consent. I also never received any auto-renewal notice which is now required by law. Stay away.
Horrible company to work with. Impossible to communicate with. Changed our filing with the state without our permission. Still charging us even after we stopped doing business with them. Top it off, they attempted to close our business when we stopped doing business with them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Tried for days to get an email or phone response. This company charged me for a services that wasn't needed or asked for. And good luck trying to cancel any involvement with Colorado LLC Attorney, they are thieves.
I cancelled my service with them a year ago, and they just charged my credit card $299 AND $10, with ZERO warning!!! I have tried calling and emailing, OVER and OVER with ZERO response! I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS BUT NOW I AM HELD HOSTAGE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. My advice: STAY AWAY - SCAMMERS! Not how you should operated a business. If I could give negative stars I would! They were quick to steal my money and now ghosting me.
Absolute disaster. Don'tveven think about going with these people.
