Kimberly responded quickly to my requests for information and showings. Very professional, would recommend her for real estate needs.
Rented at 218 Dewey st in Florence. When we moved in the home was full of bedbugs. We also had been poisoned by carbon monoxide gas for two and a half years. Kimberly told the river valley heating technician to not turn off the gas to it the next year a great fellow turned off the gas the air vents were blowing 29ppm the experience we had there was terrible. Save your time and money by avoiding this company. They don’t communicate well at all. They never let me know about issues my tenants were having, and they made major decisions about my property without consulting or approval from me. They failed to keep our cistern filled with water after the tenant moved out as per our agreement . They claimed we had unreliable water supply to our property and we lost tenants because of their mismanagement. This company went above and beyond to get us into a home quickly when we needed it. While we stayed in our well maintained home, never once did we have any problems from our property managers. Always gave respect, and respect was always returned. I also received my full deposit back and I was in the home for a little less than a year. I always paid my bills and never once had any problems. Great service and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a home. Thank you for everything you did for us!!!
It would be negative stars, if that was an option! I rented an apartment that had a very intrusive maintenance man. Towards the end of the lease, my roommate left a month early and I went on a trip for the weekend. I had spoken with the lady that leased the apartment to me about this as well as when I would be out. Upon returning the apartment was basically packed up and rummaged through.
