Reall great people, helpful and polite
Very frustrating! Called to get advice on a protection order and a D&N case. The first person I talked to was very nice and took my application over the phone. She called back and said I was approved and I would also be able to talk to a Daniella regarding the D&N case. We had the phone interview and got Daniella on. It was absolutely awful! She constantly interrupted me and was fairly condescending! She basicly told me she couldn't go against CPS and I could hire a private attorney. If I could afford to hire a private attor... read more
Never received a return call. Spent over thirty minutes on hold. I am sure that they help lots of folks in need. I was just not one me of them.
