I would give zero stars if possible. Poor communication, staff who seems to hate their jobs, staff who won't introduce themselves, staff who feels free to yell and scold, the whole time they brag about "compassionate care". Truly horrible experience.
From the front desk to the technician who performed the annual screening mammogram, I was treated well by compassionate individuals. They made it as comfortable as can be, even got a warm gown. Nice touch.
I had my colonoscopy done at the facility. The doctor, nurses, aids and the anesthesiologist were all effective, efficient and friendly. I can’t be in better anywhere else. Thank you.
