Long wait and had to come back multiple times
They printed my lab order for me, no wait to be called back, one prick and she got blood. In and out in 10 minutes. The hospital is beautiful, btw. :)
This is actually a review for the Lakewood location, located in St. Anthony Hospital. While the phlebotomist was nice, she was apparently very poorly trained. I have very prominent veins, and have never had an issue with blood draws. She stuck in the needle in, and moved it all around due to "the tubes having poor vacuums." She blew out my vein so terribly that I had pain in my arm for almost three days, and now six days later I have a very dark, half-dollar sized bruise that is taking its time healing.
