I've been a customer of Colorado Insurance (now Trucordia) for many years, and in fact have all of my policies (homeowner's, auto, umbrella) bundled with a company they work with. Candy Polanco has been a gem to work with. She recently did our yearly review to make sure we have the best coverage at the best price. They work with A rated companies and do the work for you. Candy has been efficient and extremely responsive. I'm completely satisfied!
I needed clarification for my homeowner's insurance. Erica S. was able to answer all my questions. She was so professional and empathetic over the phone. She had already solved my main issue. But I had another question to ask, but I was reluctant thinking that she will be angry. She asked me if I have another question or if I needed help with anything.
