I worked with Jataya and she was amazing! After literal years of fighting to get my insurance figured out and dealing with people who either didnt know what they were doing or didnt care enough to make sure it was what I needed. It was a nice change to have someone who cared. She made sure the insurance was what I needed and worked in my area. (That may be a basic, but trust me not all agents care enough to check.) We highly recommend, Tivoli Martin, for all your insurance needs. She was very thorough and patient with us as we navigated moving to another state and purchasing a new home. She found us AMAZING coverage at prices that no one else could come close to matching. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option!
Candy knows her stuff and she keeps me on the ball as well. We have multiples policies across several carriers in multiple states, so we need someone who has attention to detail, is level-headed, and has a proactive nature. She's been able to shop us and bring our costs down significantly. Her consultation on coverage levels is helpful, she's thorough, and overall makes us feel like we're in good hands.
