Colorado in Motion is spectacular! I have had numerous issues with my SI joint and rib and have gained a lot of relief and knowledge from going to Colorado in Motion. John Zapanta is a wonderful PT who listens to and addresses your concerns, spends time working with you and sends you home with applicable exercises so your treatment continues beyond your appointments. My son has seen both Ashley Maulsby and Jen at the harmony location from the time he was 4 months old until he turned 1 year. We were so pleased with the care and success we had here, catching Eli up on his motor milestones. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. It was truly bittersweet when he "graduated", we will miss seeing them every week!
Checked in, Terry told be what I forgot. Do your exercises, be consistent and stay in balance. If I need to come in again let's start with dry needling the brain!
McKay is absolutely amazing and a wealth of knowlege. When I first walked through the doors of CPTS I was an 8 on a scale of 1-10. These days I'm down to 3 or 4 and he's got me back to living my life as a busy wife and mother. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!
