Greg helped us find our forever dream home and proceeded to get us top dollar on our old house in the middle of a pandemic. We had multiple offers, navigated going back on the market due to a buyer losing their job, and successfully negotiated a conditional-sale offer on our next house. I have been house hunting on the internet for several months. The Colorado Home IQ website is unmatched. It is clean, easy to navigate, and hassle-free. Most home search sites I visit are littered with pop-ups, are not streamlined, and require you to register for a "free" trial period, yet still ask you to provide a credit card. Not on their website! To Whom It May Concern I am writing to express complete satisfaction with Greg Keating as my Realtor.
