I really enjoyed this experience. The team was very helpful, fast, and courteous. We had a house chosen with an offer submitted in just a matter of days! I highly recommend this service if you are looking to rent. *UPDATE 10/01/2020* If you use this company, please be aware that you will have to use Pathlight property management to manage your rental bills, including utilities and so far Pathlight is less than helpful. Philosophically, I don’t believe in five-star ratings. There is always room for improvement. Luke and I have made multiple unsuccessful home purchase offers and completed two transactions in the past two years. During our property searches and transactions, Luke quickly earned my trust and, surprisingly, a five-star rating. Luke is patient, curious, and will at any time drive anywhere to view a home. He listens to understands your wants and needs. Ultimately, Luke will know before you when the right property is found.

Calvin was a huge help in finding me and my friends a home that was more than any of us could ask for. He walked us through every step and was constantly on call. We were very picky but he still managed to get us exactly what we wanted improving our situation 10 fold. Thanks again buddy!

We worked with Calvin on a move from Austin, TX to Denver and we couldn't have gotten luckier! Calvin was super responsive, was readily available and immediately understood the type and feel of home we were looking for.
