Ordered 14 custom alder plaques from them and just received - they turned out beautifully as always.
What a great company to work with! Our company, Salt Air Collections, has been ordering finished wood from Colorado Heirloom for a few years now. Recently we had an issue with a stain color. Their team immediately responded and fixed our issue. Fantastic customer service! In my book they're the best!
They ignored my specs, failed to respond to e-mails and then sent, late, items I cannot use. I will never use their services again.
