Tried to reschedule a Heart Monitor appointment. Called yesterday when they opened (7:30 am), and was told I would get a callback within the hour. That hour passed without a response. Called back a 2nd time, and was told that I would get a callback within the hour. Again, nothing. Called a 3rd time that afternoon, same reply and same result. Called 1 last time this morning (8:00 am), and was told I would get a callback by 9:00 am and that my request was marked as "Urgent"...again, nothing. No excuse.

If you want to wait consistently close to an hour every time you call practice Colorado Heart and Vascular is for you I went to see dr Halpin cardiologist to review high calcium score of over 1000. 0 is normal. He suggested that calcium scores are typically meaningless and not to worry. He would schedule a stress test by there was rush I thought that was concerning so I visited another cardiologist at a different office. Doctors are excellent but it is almost impossible to get the office staff to do anything. It takes WEEKS to get a call back to schedule procedures. This is a cardiology practice - people could DIE waiting 3 weeks.
