These guys are scammers do not go here they sold my grandmother, a pair of obsolete hearing aids that someone probably donated and bought a new pair and then for the first nine months, she couldn’t even turn her own hearing aids up and down they didn’t send her with an app or anything and they knew she didn’t have a cell phone
Amazing. Would recommend to any one that does not want to be treated in a ‘high sales’ approach that one other audiologist in GJ treats people. Morgan is awesome - greets you with a smile & helps with all the documents, etc. Dr. McDermott cares about people. You’re not just another cog in the hearing aid industry wheel. I wish I had gone here many years ago, it makes a huge difference to go to someone that is actually audiologist, Joe McDermott, he was not there just to sell me new hearing aids, he really cared about what I needed. I am so grateful that I went to him.
I had such a wonderful experience with my hearing professional today. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. He was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and took the time to truly listen and explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. I have seen several audiologists/ clinicians/ technicians over the last 10 years. I frequently left feeling uninformed and mostly unsupported. This past Thursday I saw Dr. Joe McDermott. It was the first time I felt heard, and supported. He checked my hearing, adjusted & cleaned my aides, synced my aides with my hearing loss and offered future support. It’s been a long frustrating journey, but I finally found a professional, that I can trust.
