I have seen several audiologists/ clinicians/ technicians over the last 10 years. I frequently left feeling uninformed and mostly unsupported. This past Thursday I saw Dr. Joe McDermott. It was the first time I felt heard, and supported. He checked my hearing, adjusted & cleaned my aides, synced my aides with my hearing loss and offered future support. It’s been a long frustrating journey, but I finally found a professional, that I can trust.
In the first 5 minutes of walking in the door, I knew I made the right decision choosing Colorado Hearing Professionals for my hearing aid needs. Kind, funny, and attentive staff. Dr. McDermott fixed my old broken hearing aids I thought we’re beyond repair.
Been going Colorado hearing professionals for 2 years. It’s been nothing but fantastic. Joe and Morgan really do everything they can to make life easier for me. I would never go anywhere else.
Staff was efficient, polite & personable. Joe was terrific at explaining everything he did and the test results. Overall a great experience!
