Go to urban labs this place does not do proper UA testing. 3 out of the 4 times I went here I got false positives. They don't make you wash your hands first they make you hand over your pee to pour themselves and won't let you do it yourself. Which is crazy everywhere else I've been they let you do the whole process. Ever since I have went to urban labs I've never got false positives. I've tried to report them but there's no board that looks over UA places to report them so they can basically do anything and get away with it... read more
Very unprofessional experience. One employee was rude and dismissive during my UA test. I was treated with unnecessary attitude instead of basic respect. This is a testing center where people are already stressed, and staff should be professional and respectful at all times.
Some of the staff here is absolutely dreadful, disrespectful, rude and lacks all customer service skills needed for a job that deals with people all day long. Who hires these people ? Does nobody manage their staff once they hire them on after anymore ?
they are suppose to open at 7:00 am on Saturday and are still closed at 9:33 and people have been trying to get the drug test done and this isn't right to those who are on probation they should get in trouble for something that business is doing this should be wrong they should really tell people if they are closed or not.
One of the only places you can UA that has no issue with your kid being there. :) Would be nice if they were open later on Saturday, if I can’t get out of work I have to go test somewhere else. But this place is fast and the building is very clean inside
