I honestly don't know how this company can stay in business. Phone calls are never (honestly...never) returned, appointments are not kept, and promises are ignored. This company was recommended by a neighbor. I should have believed the previous review I read on this site.
This company needs help in the cusomer service department. They manage to drop the ball from the first phone call. Lou is rude to say the least!
