They are the most unprofessional people I ever worked with! They've tried to keep my buyers earnest money simply because they don't understand basic real estate contract law. I'll avoid them in the future for sure, I don't ever want this horrible experience for my clients! I want to point out that my Buyers were within their right to terminate as well as receive their earnest money back. We had an Inspection Termination deadline of 07/27/21 in the contract.
